1. Agreement
By using fotoloot.com you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. The service is operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME].
2. Your account
You must give accurate details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's consent. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
3. Free downloads and paid plans
Free accounts include a stated download allowance, shown on the site and on your account page. Allowances are personal to your account and may not be pooled or resold. We may change the allowance for future periods; we will not reduce an allowance you have already paid for.
4. Licences
Downloading an asset grants you a licence, not ownership. What each licence permits is set out on the Licensing page. You may not resell, redistribute or sub-licence the files themselves.
5. AI-generated content
Many assets are created with generative AI and are labelled accordingly. Please read the AI Content Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Acceptable use
You may not scrape the site, attempt to bypass download limits or watermarks, reverse-engineer the service, or use assets unlawfully — including in defamatory, obscene or misleading material, or in a way that suggests a person shown endorses a product.
7. Payment and taxes
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees, and include or exclude GST as stated at checkout. Payments are handled by [PAYMENT PROVIDER]. Invoices are issued to the details on your account.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw assets or features. Assets removed from the library remain licensed for uses already made under a valid licence.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the [X] months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
